Like everyone’s, mine is a story in progress.

My theatrical journey began when I made my parents take me to the local Oliver! auditions. I walked out 3 hours later with the title role and have been a devout theatre kid ever since.

I had the fortune to be part of some really cool projects growing up including singing in the Lord of the Rings Symphony, my local stop of the Evita national tour, and spending a summer at Tanglewood.

I moved to NYC for college to join the throngs of dreamers and strivers. Spring of Senior year, my dear friend Caleb Hoyer recruited me to sing for the onstage Choir of the Hunchback of Notre Dame at Papermill Playhouse. It was an incredible experience to work on that show and a dream come true to be on the cast album!

Since graduation, I’ve worked on a lot of pieces in development, dropped a couple albums of my own music, joined the Patrick Page acting studio, and went Equity right before we all headed into lockdown.

As a mixed race person of Asian descent, it can be challenging to find a lane. So I’ve learned, the best way to find your path is to make one! I’ve tried my hand at everything from working on sets in a scene shop to Assistant Directing to writing.

My experiences have only grown my love of the craft. My sincerest wish is that I will be able to help shepherd new stories into the world. Stories that honor and affirm people who don’t feel they have a clearly defined space in society. Stories that uplift and challenge. And sometimes, stories that just make us feel good, that give us the hope to keep going when times are tough as they have been of late, and surely will be again.

Can’t wait to work with you in curiosity and hope.
